Create a Single Payout
This guide walks you through creating a payout using the Single payout request feature in the PagSeguro MyAccount interface. Use this flow to send funds to a payee in Brazil via PIX or other supported methods.
This feature is available for eligible merchants with payout permissions enabled. Contact your account manager if you do not see the Payout section in the menu.
Step 1: Access the Payout Interface
- Log in to your PagSeguro MyAccount.
- In the left-hand navigation, expand the Payout section.
- Click Single payout request.
Youโll see the New Payout Request form.
Step 2: Fill in the Payout Request Details
To create the Payout, you need to provide the following information:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Reference | A unique identifier is automatically generated. You may replace it with your own reference. |
Merchant | Select the merchant account sending the funds. |
Country | Choose the recipient country. |
Currency | Select the currency to be used for the payment. |
Amount | Enter the total amount you want to send to the recipient. This must meet the minimum and maximum threshold required for the selected payout method. |
Transfer Method | Select a payout method available for the chosen country and currency. |
Step 3: Enter Payee Identification
Under Payee Identification, complete the following fields:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Name | Enter the full name of the payee (individual or legal entity). |
Document Type | Select the type of document used to identify the payee. Examples: - CPF for individuals- CNPJ for businesses. |
Document Value | Enter the document number. Make sure the format matches the document standard. |
Step 4: Submit the Payout
- After completing all required fields, review your entries.
- Click the green Create New Payout Request button at the bottom right of the form.
- You will receive a success message if the payout request is created successfully.
The request will be processed based on the selected method and will be visible in your Payout search section.
